Custom Printed 260gsm Stretch Fabric

The graphic is produced using 260gsm stretch fabric and printed using a dye-sublimation process.

The fabric stretches over the frame and is then zipped closed beneath the unit to create the final tensioned appearance.

Single-Sided or Double-Sided Printing

The stand can be ordered with either a single-sided or double-sided graphic.

With a single-sided version, the front is custom printed and the reverse is finished in plain white.

With a double-sided version, you can choose:

Once the frame is built, the fabric graphic is pulled over the structure and secured underneath using the zip.

The frame is then attached to the base using the Allen key supplied with the system.

Lighting Considerations

Stretch fabric is not completely opaque.

Under particularly strong lighting — especially from directly above or behind — some visibility of the internal frame through the graphic may occur.

For the best appearance, avoid very strong backlighting where possible or adjust the positioning of the display and surrounding lighting.

Artwork Alignment on Double-Sided Graphics

Small amounts of fabric movement can occur during printing, cutting, sewing and fitting.

For that reason, we recommend avoiding detailed artwork that needs to align perfectly from the front of the graphic, around the sides and onto the rear.

Separate designs on each face generally produce a better result than artwork requiring exact front-to-back alignment.

Assembly Guide

1. Match the numbered stickers and snap the aluminium frame pieces together.
2. Slide the fabric graphic carefully over the frame.
3. Initially position the graphic approximately 30–50mm off-centre to help prevent the internal seams from creating an uneven edge.
4. Pull the graphic gradually down the frame.
5. Rotate the fabric carefully into its final position.
6. Fasten the zip beneath the bottom edge.
7. Use the supplied Allen key to secure the frame to the base.
